About the Dude

 Attended culinary school around 2003 in New York City, worked around Manhattan many years ago, moved to Virginia many years ago, started a personal chef business many years ago, started a bakery called the Cookie Guy many years ago, started a bean-to-bar chocolate business, sold the bakery many years ago, started S&D's BBQ many years ago, then the bad news. Sold S&D's BBQ a few years ago after being diagnosed with Colon Cancer.  After over 2 years of the Dude staying home fighting Colon cancer with many surgeries, chemo treatments, radiation, and more.  The Dude beat cancer and decided to start a new food trailer.  The Waffle Dude decided to down size and become more mobile. 

Now set up under a tent with a griddle, generator for the waffle iron and fresh squeezed  lemonade.  


Oh and update the Waffle Dude has no kidneys and waiting on a transplant doing dialysis 3 days a week.
